Blingy is seeking a highly motivated, creative community engagement intern to join our team. You will be working to build our social media presence and humanize our brand through the thorough execution of brand and content strategies that engage our targeted audiences. You will be working with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive inbound traffic to increase revenue.
The Ideal candidate should be both creative and strategic, with experience in the field of social media, influencers, and video content, who have an appreciation for mobile application and beauty industry. This is an amazing opportunity to own our social presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts while building brand value.
Create comprehensive community engagement strategies and execution plans to raise awareness about Blingy’s products and social media platforms.
Strategically develop engagement and partnership pathways for the community. stakeholders that align with Blingy’s mission, vision, and values.
Implement social strategies, including identifying opportunities for audience and traffic growth across all social platforms to increase social engagement.
Facilitate the growth of our social media accounts by managing public outreach and actively engage in interacting with our target audience.
Collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners to develop a highly interactive community that includes our target audience, business startups, and influencers.
Analyze performance and growth of our social content and provide weekly analytics. reports or dashboards that include trend analysis and key metrics.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty and social media trends.
Strong working knowledge of social media engagement strategies.
Previous experience in community engagement (preferred).
Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
Excellent critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to write clear and engaging social media content to promote growth.
Ability to analyze data and translate to practical, actionable strategic plan.
Community navigator passionate about building trusting relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.
Up to date with the latest trends in social media.
Passion for the beauty and technology industry.
Good work ethic, hardworking and great collaboration skills.
Background in digital marketing skills is a plus.
