Blingy is seeking a highly motivated product manager to join our Agile Team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about planning, technology, and product management. They should be creatively minded and able to work collaboratively with our Agile team members, helping to lead projects that will shape the future of Blingy.
The Ideal candidate is someone with a passion for mobile and web Applications and the beauty industry. With their skill-set and strong knowledge of product R & D and project management, they will have a true impact on Blingy and the beauty community. Responsibilities
Use data and insights to find opportunities to create innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences. Develop a 6 – 12 month roadmap with the ability to focus on and prioritize key themes
Understand market trends, customer needs and build business cases for new product opportunities
Manage product lifecycle from ideation through commercialization.
Be a smart, hard-working and creative person who loves products, loves solving difficult problems and "getting it done.
Be comfortable collaborating and influencing agile team members including software engineers, UI/UX designer, Content developer, legal, patent, social compliance and product compliance and etc.,
Have the technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate directly with technical teams.
Design and conduct product discovery and optimization experiments using quantitative (A/B tests) and qualitative techniques
Partner with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategy and plans
Qualifications
Experience overseeing product roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product and Experience with end to end product delivery
2+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing or technology
Experience managing a P&L, and proficiency in Excel
Bachelor’s degree in either a technology or business discipline
Bachelor’s degree in either a technology or business discipline, MBA preferred
Competence with Javascript or Swift/Kotlin is plus
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical projects
Exceptional communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Knowledge of Beauty / Social Media / E-commerce is plus
Experience within a consumer goods/retail company
Familiar with Agile methodology and scrum framework is MUST have, if experience with Jira is plus.
