Blingy is seeking a highly motivated, Front End Senior Android Developer Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about learning, creative, and can collaboratively work with our innovative team, helping to lead projects that will shape the future of Blingy.
You will be using your experience in front end development to define the roadmap and features of our upcoming App. You should be knowledgeable in Kotlin and have experience in using strategic thinking to create engaging interfaces.
The Ideal candidate is someone with an interest in mobile applications and the beauty industry. With their skill-set and strong knowledge of front end development, they will have a true impact on the beauty community using the Blingy platform. This is an amazing opportunity to produce work that solves real business challenges and have an App with your work in it.
Responsibilities
* Translate assets, wireframes, and mockups provided by the creative team into functioning code.
* Collaborate with the product team to improve the overall user experience/interface design.
* Work collaboratively with other front end and back end team members.
* Ability to present code updates and usable application demos.
* Submit application updates in a timely manner for review.
* Previous experience with Github & AWS is a plus.
Qualifications
* Strong working knowledge of Kotlin development for at least 3+ years.
* Strong understanding of application semantic versioning.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to clearly present work and findings.
* Up to date with the latest android app guidelines.
* Good work ethics, hardworking and flexible.
* Previous experience in application development (preferred).
