  2. Viral Food Delivery: On Dec. 17, TikTok announced a partnership with Virtual Dining Concepts and Grubhub, where ghost kitchens (aka delivery-only restaurants) will pop up around the nation to deliver TikTok-viral food to you. Currently, there are plans to launch 300 of these restaurants by March and 1,000 by the end of the year.

  3. Plant-Based Recipes: Not sure if this diet change is right for you? In comparison to diets rich in animal products, plant-based diets are more sustainable due to the use of fewer natural resources and are less taxing on the environment. Given the global population explosion and increase in wealth, there is an increased demand for foods of animal origin.

  4. Alcoholic/Non-Alcoholic Drinks: Becoming your own mixologist is easier than ever before, with new options to try and endless combinations no matter the taste palette. Recently, there has been a 12% increase in mocktail searches, meaning many have realized that you can enjoy any gathering with a tasty drink, no matter your alcoholic preference.

  5. Finger Foods: Whether you’re hosting guests or just want an easy snack, you can never go wrong with easy food hacks. For ideas and inspiration for your next meal, there are endless possibilities for anyone wanting to learn simple new recipes.
