UX/UI Design Intern

Who You Are
Blingy is seeking a highly motivated, UX/UI design intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about learning, creative and can work collaboratively with our innovative team, helping to lead projects that will shape the future of Blingy.
You will be using your UX/UI design experience to define the roadmap and features of our upcoming App. You should be knowledgeable in graphic design and have experience in using strategic design thinking to create user-drawing interfaces.
The Ideal candidate is someone with an interest in mobile applications and the beauty industry. With their skill-set and strong knowledge of design, they will have a true impact on Blingy and the beauty community. This is an amazing opportunity to produce work that solves real business challenges and have an app with your designs in it.
Responsibilities
Create wireframes and mockups for applications solving content, communications, and organizational needs
Collaborate with the creative team to improve the overall user experience/interface design
Conduct user experience research to provide strategy behind design choices
Ability to present research findings and application mockups/wireframes
Submit design wireframes and mockups in a timely matter for review.
Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of Adobe XD and Illustrator
Passion for beauty and technology industry
Strong understanding of user experience strategy preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to clearly present research findings and creative work
Up to date with the latest trends in the world of UX
Good work ethic, hardworking and flexible
Background in graphic design or related skills is a plus
