This position is senior management role, we will add the equity in your compensation package as well.
Proven experience leading and developing a high performing talent acquisition team in a fast paced, high growth startup.
Communicating with business leaders to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs, Determine selection criteria and design job descriptions accordingly.
Participate actively in all steps of the recruitment process (pre-selection, interviews, and offers). Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
Keeping track of all applicants in the database as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Forecasting recruitment budgets.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the creative team to create gameplay features and graphics
Create & direct seamless game flow and architecture
Prototype clear and thorough expectations of deliverables
Support a strong technical framework of the game overall
Contribute ideas towards the game’s production and development
Deliver & write unique, maintainable code

Qualifications

Basic proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Experience with social media, recruitment processes, resume databases, and professional networks.
At least five (5) years of proven work experience in a Talent Acquisition job, especially for technical roles. A good understanding of technology and technical skills is preferred.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Strong ability to set expectations, juggle multiple priorities, communicate early when deliverables or deadlines may be missed.
Passion for identifying talent from diverse backgrounds, industries, and experiences.
Working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
Have a bachelor’s degree (Human Resources preferred), HR master degree is plus.
